It is and always has been the responsibility of the captains to get their match reports in on time. If you can’t get them in by fax or e-mail, at least make a phone call. It is not up to the board to pick up match reports or to drop them off at the Arlington club for Ted. Ted is not the statistician. Sheryl D’agata is the league statistician. Match reports should go to her. Missing or late match reports will be penalized points.
